Bordered is conflicted and familiar, all at once. Humans traditionally ate the food that grew on the land around them. It makes sense therefore, that along a border, soil and food are shared. This is also where much of history occurs -where do these borders lie? Come, celebrate our similarities and differences by eating across a border - across a culture. For each border below, the supper club experience will explore the conflict, draw out the perspectives and above all, present the food from each region. Come - eat, learn and share!
